**Role Overview**
As a **Junior Sales Representative**, you will concentrate on managing and developing relationships with clients and suppliers, as well as negotiating purchase and sales contracts. While you will coordinate with logistics for smooth deliveries, your primary mission is to build profitable commercial partnerships and explore new business opportunities across European and international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client & Supplier Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships.
- **Negotiation**: Oversee the purchase and sale of agri-food products, securing optimal terms and conditions.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and pursue new commercial possibilities both within the EU and globally.
- **Travel**: Conduct regular trips throughout France and occasional international visits to reinforce and grow key partnerships.
**Your Profile**
- **Education**: Bac+2 (Associate’s degree) in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in agri-food, agriculture business, or international logistics (logistics expertise is helpful but not the main focus).
- **Skills & Qualities**:
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a **strong drive** and **sense of urgency** to seize market opportunities.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous and proactive work style.
- **Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Openness to frequent travel.
- **Start Date**: Position available from Summer/Fall 2025.
