You will be part of the Operation Retain organisation and will report to the Country Operation head.

**Responsibilities**
- Operation vendors service delivery management
- Monitoring of Key Performance indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
- Regular service quality calls with vendors
- Drafting documentation et reporting
- Bringing support during operational incidents and coordinating with business when necessary for issue resolution
- Operation support and expertise in various projects being regulatory changes, new process implementation, new platform or new products implementation
- Creating impact analysis
- Providing input on France set-up and products/ regulatory specificities
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing
- Ensuring changes are implemented in a coordinated / consistent approach among the teams
- Answering to DB Group queries and questionnaires

**Skills**
- Product knowledge of at least one of these products: Cash, Loans or Trade Finance would be appreciated
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and French
