**Job Overview**:
Beicip-Franlab is a world-leading consulting company that provides software and services to assist oil and gas professionals in interpreting subsurface data and assessing exploration and production risks and opportunities. Beicip-Franlab is also engaged in activities related to the Energy Transition, including CO2 underground storage (CCUS), geothermal studies, and hydrogen storage.

You will report directly to the Reservoir Engineering Department Manager and will be based at our main office in France, near Paris.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Reservoir Engineer / Project Manager, you will be expected to:

- Perform reservoir engineering analysis and dynamic simulation studies (model initialization, history matching, and performance prediction).
- Work actively within an integrated project team.
- Interact with clients to drive smooth and effective progress of the studies, while ensuring that study budgets and timelines are met.
- Promote integration between technical disciplines to enhance the understanding and resolution of subsurface challenges.
- Mentor Junior Reservoir Engineers

This is an ideal role for an experienced, innovative, and ambitious reservoir engineer who wishes to actively contribute to successful development projects.

- MSc / PhD in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering
- ** Minimum of 10 years** of experience in reservoir engineering
- Strong skills in reservoir simulation (at least 5 years of experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, essential.
- A confident and assertive personality with the ability to provide effective technical leadership.
- Previous experience in publishing and presenting technical papers.
- Previous overseas experience, advantageous
- Fluent English mandatory. French and Spanish advantageous
- Commitment for mobility as the job may include short-term and long-term missions overseas.
