Enjoy competitive compensation, flexible working conditions, and equity through our BSPCE stock option plan, all within the vibrant surroundings of Bordeaux, a nexus of culture, viniculture, and coastal life **Role overview**: As our MGSE coordinator, you will responsible for the full design and manufacturing (and/or procurement) of all tools and equipment required for the fabrication and control of sub-assemblies at HyprSpace Your mission will be to oversee the design, production, and maintenance of the tools and equipment required for manufacturing, control, and testing, from the development or series validation phases through the final integration of our launchers Baguette One and OB-1. **Your key responsibilities**: To reach your objectives and ensure the quality, compliance, costs, and timelines of these tools and equipments, in this role, we expect you to: - Design and produce the tools and equipment necessary for AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing). - Support engineering in the design of sub-assemblies and collaborate with the industrialization/control manager to develop production plans, offering critical insight on MGSE feasibility and constraints. - Define the subcontracting strategy based on scheduling, budget, and available resources. - Identify and establish contracts with subcontractors (in collaboration with the Procurement/Supply Chain Manager). - Manage both outsourced and in-house tool and equipment design and production (including CAD supervision). - Define maintenance and validation plans for tools and equipment (in collaboration with the Production Coordinator). **Who we are looking for**: With a degree in general or mechanical engineering, you are an experienced engineer with a proven track record in mechanical design office experience and production support (e.g., production or method engineer). We expect the following qualifications/knowledge: - Project management - subcontractor oversight - mechanical design, and - design of mobile or motorized mechanical systems. It will be a PLUS if you have a first experience in a similar role. You will be part of our new AIT & Test team and will work closely with all departments across the company.
