We are looking for a **Growth Marketing & Influence Intern (6 months) or Apprentice (1 year)** to join our France team and contribute to the development of Memo Paris' visibility, with a strong focus on **influencer marketing and public relations**. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects aimed at boosting the brand’s awareness and growing its community, while staying in touch with the latest trends in influence marketing. If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Influence & PR**: - Identify and manage partnerships with relevant influencers for the brand (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). - Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns: assess performance, suggest adjustments. - Organize and coordinate product mailings to influencers and media. - Assist in drafting press releases and manage relations with specialized media. - Conduct trend analysis on influence and digital communication worldwide and focus on the french market. **Growth Marketing**: - Assist in implementing growth marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and increase engagement. - Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement) and propose areas for improvement. - Contribute to optimizing the customer journey and traffic acquisition through creative strategies. **Content Creation**: - Collaborate with creative teams to develop content (visuals, videos) for social media. - Propose innovative and creative concepts for influencer and PR campaigns. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT INTERN** - **Education**:Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level). - ** Passion for Influence**:You are deeply interested in influencer marketing, social media (especially TikTok, Instagram & Youtube), and emerging trends. - ** Autonomy and Rigor**:You are capable of working independently while being thorough in the execution of your tasks. - ** Agility**:You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are flexible and creative in reaching your goals. - ** Analytical Mindset**:You are comfortable interpreting marketing data and measuring campaign performance. - ** Team Player**:You enjoy collaborating and are proactive in contributing ideas. - Our group is an equal opportunity employer with a diverse, globally distributed workforce._ - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, age or any other characteristic protected by law and our values._
