Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) is Natixis IM’s main management company in Europe and brings together 3 activities: - The distribution activities in France of Natixis IM’s asset management offer; - The "Solutions" management hub, which aims to deliver innovative offers with high added value built mainly from the management expertise of Natixis IM’s various affiliates; - A platform serving as a center of expertise for distribution activities and affiliates. Natixis IMI aims to further develop its presence in France and internationally, drawing on the expertise of its teams and Natixis IM’s multi-affiliate model. - 1_ _Assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 30, 2022._ - You join the Investment Specialist Group team as a Senior for equities. The team’s objective is to foster the business development of certain liquid and illiquid strategies in collaboration with Natixis IM BDUs. The team is responsible for increasing the reputation of certain expertise in order to develop commercial opportunities. - On a daily basis, your missions are to: - Promote the marketing of a selection of funds in partnership with the sales forces, integrating all management and commercial issues in order to develop our customer base; - Keep you informed of the competitive environment to position Natixis IM optimally, determine the "Unique Selling Points", to advise on competitor management costs and vehicle and product structure evolutions; - Maintain close relationships with affiliates and the Natixis IM product team to collaborate on new product launches, coordinate effective education, marketing and sales campaigns, and contribute to the marketing and commercial strategy to increase the outstanding amounts of the concerned affiliates; - In collaboration with affiliates and BDU managers, develop priority business plans to qualify new opportunities and define customer retention strategies, while setting roadshow priorities for relevant affiliate resources. **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**: About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in roles as an investment specialist, portfolio manager or commercial, completed by the CFA. You master: - The challenges of selling investment funds; - The management process and composition of a portfolio. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are: - Able to earn the trust of our affiliates and vendors; - Able to present complex investment processes to a wide range of financial decision makers; - Recognized for your high energy level, positive attitude, collaborative spirit and strong results orientation. You master English with a C1 level.
