**Position**:
En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous êtes manager de managers (Tech Leads), êtes garant(e) de la Delivery de vos équipes afin d’assurer la réalisation de nos roadmaps, et êtes membre du CODIR TECH.

**Vos Missions**
- Piloter la capacité de Delivery de vos équipes
- Mener les actions d’amélioration continue transverses
- Participer à l’évolution des standards tech 24S, et en assurer le déploiement et le suivi dans vos équipes
- Epauler les Tech Leads dans leur activité tech et de management
- Faciliter la communication inter-équipe, en collaboration étroite avec le second Engineering Manager
- Participer aux activités de recrutement (entretiens), de visibilité 24S sur le marché, et autres « campagnes » RH
- Participer avec l’ensemble des équipes Tech et Product à la construction de la roadmap
- D’un point de vue développement, assurer que les solutions sont en adéquation avec le design proposé par les Architectes, tout en respectant le besoin fonctionnel.

**Votre Equipe**

L’équipe « Tech », leadée par notre CTO, est composée d’environ 50 collaborateurs, dont les Dev organisés en Feature Teams, et des équipes DevOps, Architecture, et Process and Tools.

Nous travaillons avec la méthodologie Agile/Scrum avec des sprints d’une à deux semaines selon les équipes.

Vous managez en direct 3 à 4 Tech Leads (Back/Front/App), et reportez au CTO.

- Forte expérience en management d’équipes de Dev et en coordination inter-équipe.
- Parcours professionnel en Tech sur différentes fonctions, notamment en tant que Développeur-euse
