Acteur majeur de l’organisation d’activités de loisirs actifs sur mesure pour les clubs de vacances, les
centres de loisirs, et les entreprises (M.I.C.E.) depuis plus de 25 ans, TEAM ACTIVE a rejoint pleinement
le Groupe Amaury en 2020.
Leader de l’événementiel d’entreprise, nous opérons plus de 1 200 Team Building par an partout en
France et en Europe grâce à notre réseau de partenaires prestigieux.
Le groupe Team Active recherche pour son site de Chantilly un Responsable de site (H/F). Rattaché(e)
au directeur opérationnel régional, vous animerez les activités sportives telles que le voiturettes
électriques, rosalie, vélos, trotlux, balade minibus ou encore les pédalos pour les clients.
MISSIONS:
Accueil des clients
Animation des activités
Chargé de la sécurité du groupe pendant la durée de l’activité
Chargé de l’animation et la satisfaction des clients sur l’activité
Gestion du matériel après l’activité (vérification, conformité)
Management:
Préparer le planning de l’équipe et les ouvertures des créneaux activités via logiciel PARIS.
Gestion des ressources humaines : recrutement, formation, administratif
Logistique interne - externe
Contrôle de la qualité, de process sécurité, de programmation des activités, d’optimisation des
ressources humaines et matérielles
FORMATION:
Vous avez au moins un an d’expérience dans le secteur du sport, du loisir ou de l'animation et une
première expérience réussie dans l'encadrement.
