Your work environment:
**Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Underwriting Office as a Health individual pricing intern.**

The newly created Global Chief Underwriting Office is accountable for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design and Technical Underwriting Excellence in partnership with the AXA Entities, for both Commercial and Retail, through:

- Portfolio Design Steering
- Underwriting Product Strategy and Profitability Measurement
- Technical Underwriting Guidance
- Pricing Models, Platforms and Analytics

Within this Department,** you will be part of the LS&H Pricing Team and more specifically the Retail Health Pricing Team. The team ensures Market Leading Technical Pricing in Health Products.**

Your job and daily missions:

- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules with the support of Health pricing experts around the Group
- Collaborate with the HR development team to integrate produced e-learnings in the learning platform.
- Enhance existing contents by incorporating user’s feedbacks.
- Assist the pricing team to produce communication materials for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to (i) the Health pricing community animation and to (i) the SharePoint site design.

**Votre profil**:
Let’s talk about you:

- Currently in Master 2 of Communication / Digital Learning / E-Leaning or in a Business School with a strong interest in communication/marketing
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities in both French and English.
- Proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and possessing a strong analytical and synthesizing mindset.
- Creative
- Experienced with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Ideally, familiar with Synthesia.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Collaborative in nature
