**Description du poste** Position Overview**: As our next Assistant Innovation Project Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in our innovation and product creation process. You will work closely with our Innovation Project Managers and contribute to various projects that drive our business forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Innovation & Product Creation**: Assist in the innovation and product creation process for footwear and bags, across various product categories from Road Running, to Trail Running and Hiking.
- ** Sustainability Data Management**: Manage product and sustainability data in compliance with new environmental laws.
- ** Market Analysis**: Analyze competitors, trends, and innovation opportunities within the Footwear & Bags business unit to nurture the product creation process and Salomon’s product strategy.
- ** Consumer Insights**:Conduct and analyze consumer concept tests (focus groups, market studies) to inform relevant Innovation projects. Contribute to product tests, when relevant.
- ** Documentation**:Prepare briefs on consumer profiles, needs, product history, new practices, and communities.
- ** Communication**: Contribute to presentations and internal communications, via different supports.
- ** Special Projects**:Participate in projects assigned by company management, including event organization, alongside other interns.
- Potential travels to Trade Shows & events.
**Qualifications**
- **
Education**: Currently pursuing Master’s degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field. Dual-path R&D & Business/product marketing is a bonus.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- ** Soft Skills**: Organized, independent, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for running and outdoor sports.
- ** Additional Skills**:Experience in content creation (photo, video) is a plus.
