Research Analyst

Sorare is seeking a Research Analyst to join the Research team. Sorare’s Research team plays a critical role across the entire company, supporting user research and consumer insights for Product, Design, Marketing, and Brand teams.

As a Research Analyst you will coordinate with Sorare team members to identify research opportunities, set research goals, design and execute studies, as well as socialize results throughout the company. Sorare is a collaborative and team oriented environment. You will work as a key contributor on many research initiatives while also having the opportunity to lead your own, collaborating closely with the Data, Player Experience, and Community teams to represent the voice of Sorare users and sports fans around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and refine research objectives and methodologies
- Support the Research Team on large scale research initiatives, playing a key role in execution throughout the entire research process
- Lead research projects start to finish, including initial design, recruiting, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research efforts
- Plan, conduct, and report on user interviews with current Sorare users as well as potential users
- Design, program, field, analyze, and report on surveys of Sorare users
- _ Note that experience in both quantitative and qualitative research is not required - this role offers training and learning opportunities_
- Develop close relationships with Sorare’s Data, Player Experience, and Community to ensure the Sorare organization has a complete understanding of Sorare users
- Identify opportunities for the Sorare research team to improve efficiency, quality, and impact

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience within consumer insights, market research, or user research
- Experience in video games, consumer technology, or sports media a plus:

- Strong skills in executing either qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
- Fluency in standard research tools / platforms (eg., Qualtrics)
- Ability to find learnings and tell a compelling story with the use of data
- Ability to understand business needs and identify research methodologies to address those needs
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable and digestible reporting
- A team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
- Accountable self starter who can work independently towards objectives
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

Compensation Range: €45K - €75K
