**Your main responsibilities**:

- Control of projects in all project phases from strategy development, conception, project planning to implementation and commissioning in the area of plant construction
- Leading project teams to implement the defined project goals
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of safety guidelines, cost targets, quality and deadlines in projects
- Responsibility for monitoring compliance with approved planning data (costs, deadlines, quality, content) and initiating necessary corrective measures in the event of deviations
- Involvement of all departments affected by the project as well as making decisions and involving the various interests, including risk management and problem solving
- Internal and external project reporting

**Your profile**:
**Education**:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, process, electrochemical, electrical...), a double degree in business/sales is a plus.
- Significant experience (ideally more than 5 years) in the following functions Project Manager / Construction Manager / Product Manager / Proposal Manager
- Previous experience in a consortium, EPC and public procurement is a plus

**Know-how**:

- Knowledge of technical skills: Process, electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical, product manufacturing
- Contract negotiation and management skills
- Communication skills and tools (written and oral)
- Computer skills:

- Mastery of the pack office
- o Knowledge of planning software (Microsoft Project), and programming software (e.g. VBA) are a plus
- Safety culture
- Minimum 3 years experience in cross functional management
- Fluent english, knowledge of a second language (German, French or Italian) is a plus.

- **Working conditions**:

- Full time position, permanent contract
- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
