Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2300 collaborateurs, répartis sur 80 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de 300 000 clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.

**Description of the entity and the activity**

The South West Europe Cluster now brings together nearly 4,000 people spread over more than 150 sites in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Within the Large Industry Business Line, the Industrial Department guarantees the Group's Industrial Policy and thus defines the priorities and key programs to be deployed on the sites, in close collaboration with the Operations Departments of each entity. Its multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, operational excellence, reliability, asset management, projects and process safety) work alongside production sites, SIO teams and sales teams to achieve these common objectives.

The HYCO Asset Management team focuses on the 17 production, liquefaction, hydrogen and carbon monoxide purification plants of the Cluster, as well as those being defined or built, and interfaces with the various teams of the Cluster as well as other entities (E&C, WBL -LI ). Its main missions revolve around
- increasing the profitability of production units by optimizing existing assets or investing in new equipment;
- the development of technical solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers, with an optimized Total Cost of Ownership approach;
- technical expertise in support of Operations, in the context of resolving incidents or validating modifications.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Within the HYCO Asset Management team of the Large Industry Industrial Department of the South West Europe Cluster, your main missions will be as follows:

- You support the development of projects by sizing optimized production processes, validating the basic and detailed design.
- You support the Industrial Programs in the analysis of technical standards, including for security and reliability alerts, and where necessary in carrying out conformity assessments. You assist the SIO Lead Center and Operations in identifying areas for improving production processes, and deal with them effectively.
- You validate the Management Of Change records by identifying and mitigating security and reliability risks related to the proposed changes.
- You support Operations for complex troubleshooting. You participate in root cause analyses, if necessary.
- You analyze and challenge the configurations of HYCO sites proactively, in order to identify ways to improve the performance of our assets (reuse of available assets, replacement with new, modification of an installation, divestment, etc.), by taking into account issues of reliability, maintenance, efficiency, obsolescence as well as regulatory constraints. Build the corresponding business cases, detailing the necessary investments as well as the expected benefits (quantitative and qualitative). You offer technical solutions - in interface with E&C, the project and sales teams - to meet the changing needs of our customers and define investment plans for the sustainability of our activities in the context of contract renewals.
- You train, coach, future HYCO experts identified within the organization. You proactively develop your technical network with, depending on the level of expertise:

- participation as a member or leader of CoP AL,
- participation in technical organizations aimed at revising or developing new technical standards.

**Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
With a superior degree, you have experience in the operation of a Large Industry site or in engineering/process or in the oil&gas
- You are already in TCL HYCO Technology & Operation at International Level as minimum or you past experience out of AL Group allows you to enter at International level
- You master analysis tools and have good knowledge of management control.
- Process Control expertise is a plus.
- You show curiosity, autonomy, rigor and tenacity. You are able to question and challenge existing situations. You have a results orientation.
- Your interpersonal skills are essential assets for success in this position. They must enable you to animate a network, to work in a team, to evolve with ease in contact with different environments and interlocutors.
- Your English is fluent.
