Fp&a Controller

Reporting to the Central FP&A Manager, you will work in strong collaboration with all finance de-partment and be responsible of the overall financial reporting to management. As FP&A controller you will be provider of reports and KPI’s for the for the support functions and all finance organization and be the business partner for support function local management.

**Your Mission**:
**Business Partnership**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to Support Functions and Site facility local leaders, providing financial guidance and recommendations.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Ensure the execution of the financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes (annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and closing, Monthly -reporting) for the Sidel Management Unit. Providing relevant templates, guidelines, calendar.
- Execute the financial process for the annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and quarterly closing.
- Contribute to the preparation of the financial reporting to internal stakeholders (Regions, Supply Chain, EP&I, Services, )

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Provide reports to all controlling stakeholders.
- Ensure data consistency and quality.

Data consistency checks
Strong exchange with data provider (ACTS and controllers)
Provide accurate consolidated data
- Preparation and distribution of reports across the organization

Standard report with gap analysis in a structured and recurrent way
Highlights key points of attention.
In line with group and operational deadlines
- Managing relevant KPI for the business

Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly KPI construction and collection
Proactively contribute for defining new KPI needed from the business.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests.

**Cost Control**:

- Identify cost optimization opportunities and work with operational teams to put them into action.
- Monitoring and controlling operational expenses for Local Support Functions and Local Site facility costs to ensure budget and cost targets are met.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensure compliance by various function within the group with Sidel PPG’s
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Maintain internal rules (policies / procedures / work instruction), up to date under FP&A responsibility.
- Ensure regular training session and exchanges with Regional and Central controlling teams to the existing and new reports.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Harmonize and standardize Controlling deliverables.
- Improve controlling deliverables while understanding internal customer needs, propose and implement continuous improvements of existing -finance processes, report, analysis, and tools to gain efficiency and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial procedures and systems for increased efficiency and accuracy. Share recommendations with the -Group Controlling and all Controlling departments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in finance and controlling.
- Drive reporting tools improvements and coordinate with Group Controlling to deliver adequate reporting landscape and deliverables.
- Propose continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS through transversal and multi-sites projects

**Your Profile**:

- Master degree or equivalent in Finance
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling
- Strong controlling technical skills
- Solid knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
- Strong experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial

group
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles
- Experience in BI tools (Power BI / Qlick )
- Advance practice of Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization
- Result orientation
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Car owner
