**Mission**
Reporting directly to the Group IT&IS Leader of McPhy, the Data Manager is responsible to define the strategy of data management for our Information System and our projects.
**Main responsibilities**
- Manage relationship with partners / subcontractors and facilitate change management;
- Support the scale up of McPhy within a better visibility of our activity through KPIs;
- With other managers of DSI Team, organize internal activity to provide solutions for our industrial projects.
**Main skills and Profile**
- Engineering degree or Master with IT knowledge;
- **Field experience** in data management / reporting / database (10 years);
- **Managerial **skills and good **communication **skills to coordinate and facilitate collaboration;
- **Knowledge in project management** (Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM or Delivery Management);
- **Fluent in English**, Italian or German a plus;
- Capacity to **bring structure** & **contribute to strategy definition** while handling hands-on activities as appropriate to support the growth;
- Experience in multicultural work environment & fast growth environment
**Other**
- Full time permanent position based in Grenoble (up to 3 days remote possible);
- Travel in France and Europe possible;
- Salary package consisting of a gross salary and a bonus.
