Supervisor, Maintenance Projects, Lifecyle Services

As** Supervisor, Maintenance Projects, **in our Lifecyle Services Division, you will collaborate with project managers and ensure that all project activities meet contractual specifications, company quality standards, and health and safety requirements. This role will require effective coordination with subcontractors, regular inspections, and maintaining progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, materials, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contract specifications, ALMACO quality management guidelines, and all applicable codes and standards.
- Report and oversee corrective actions for any non-conformities.
- Ensure the project punch list is completed and signed off before disembarkation.
- Conduct daily progress reviews, address HSE issues, and communicate them with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Participate in coordination meetings with the Contract Manager, yard teams, and owner representatives.
- Refer design change requests for approval and oversee safe handling and storage of materials on-site.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with standards and prepare inspection reports for the owner.
- Attend daily and weekly project meetings.
**Required Competencies**:
- Expertise in galley and cold store installation.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of marine regulations and codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and reading technical drawings in AutoCAD.
