**The O**pportunity**

We are currently seeking a driven HR Business Partner and passionate collaborator to join our global HR-team

As a trusted HR Business Partner at Worldline you will be supporting our business and managers operating in a high-paced multinational environment where no two days are the same. The managers can be based in our countries or elsewhere in the worldwide Worldline organization.

You will take broad HR-responsibility and have a key role to support our organization. We offer a great opportunity for you to get to know the fascinating world of payments.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You support managers in their daily personnel management activities and help them develop their teams.
- You anticipate and advise Function Heads in their organization
- Your ensure alignment with HR strategy in relation with WF Planning
- You are invest on the talents population to prepare the strategic succession plannings of Manco members
- You coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development, personnel development, and compensation measures.
- You provide daily support in the individual and collective management of compensation-related issues.
- You lead performance evaluations, skills reviews, and conclude succession plans.
- You assist managers with workforce planning, personnel control, and the interpretation of KPIs.
- You locally implement the group's HR processes and policies, taking into account the specifics of each local legislation and local HR culture.
- You work proactively on HR projects and initiatives.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in human resources management on technical and/or general issues.
