**INTERNSHIP OFFER**: PACKAGING AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT - OPERATING EXCELLENCE [Version franaise ci-dessous] From January/ February/ March/ April 2025 for 6 months | Paris area | Master 1 or 2 | 1700EUR monthly | Many opportunities You will work in the Operating Excellence team. Our role is to define methodologies, means and reporting processes (follow-up included) regarding decisions taken on 3 mains stakes: - safety towards consumer (a well-known example could be the eradication of Bisphenol A), - sustainability of our packaging (as an example : lightweighting, switch to recycled plastic) - quality of our products, Joining us, you will ensure the missions of an engineer, such as: 1/ On safety topics (namely banned or limited substances on packaging components) : identifying the impacted components, building the communication towards our suppliers with experts, consolidating their answers, building the action plan and communicating it to our relays in the zones, monitoring the roll-out, establishing the progress report, animating workshops, 2/ Defining or precising of our ways of working, in order to clarify for example the different steps and people to contact on some topics **3/ On sustainable topics**: identifying the impact of new recyclability disruptors, by analyzing suppliers answers, following their action plan towards conformity, COMPETENCIES Team working | Collect, share, consolidate & synthesize data and present them in a didactic way | Help to define priority elements | Expose and defend your results **YOU WILL LEARN TO**: Work in a collaborative and crossfunctional teams Collect, share, consolidate & synthesize data and present them in a didactic way Help to define priority elements Expose and defend your results **And especially innovate, go further**: leave your mark on this internship YOU ARE - A Master student (Engineering school / University) - No margin for negotiation on this one - Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either - Fluent in French and English is a plus - Convincing.
