**ROLE**:
We are looking for a IPRO European Onsite.

This role is based in our Paris office and will be a 12-month contract.

**Creations & Ticket Creation**:

- Work with ESKO teams via JIRA and Service Now tools to track change requests or bugs in the tool: open tickets according to requests, check prioritizations, update tickets...
- Testing in development environment and then in ESKO production environment to verify new changes made by ESKO
- Maintain the Excel file/tool to track JIRA tickets internally within the team
- Regularly update the user guide that explains how ESKO works and the step-by-step instructions
- Training users to use the tool
- Implement the use of ESKO in the NORBAL BU
- Training, information and ESKO trainings to be able to use the tool (e.g. ESKO trainings, learning how to create extracts...)
- Follow the implementation of SGK (Single PMA) with KPIs on ESKO projects openings by PMA (% PMA distribution by BU)
- Implementation of the SGK agency in the NORBAL BU (follow-up of the pilot project, follow-up of projects with Antonia...)
- Weekly meeting with SGK
- Follow the transition from Producing to Selling model due to Local First

**Meetings & Communication**:

- Regular updates with GRAPHIC CHAIN MANAGER & SGK Onsites on ESKO issues and improvements (example: weekly meeting with Helene from IBERIA)
- Organize a bi-weekly meeting with IPROs from all BUs and SGK Onsites to communicate on ESKO, update JIRA tickets, answer questions...
- Participate in the Monthly Steerco ESKO and prepare it with the different teams to know the new sprints of the JIRA tickets
- Meetings between divisions (SN - EDP EU) to align on common tickets
- Cross BU meetings to align in detail on the implementation of new functionality in the tool (does it suit everyone?)

**Tools & Documents**:

- Always look for tools to improve the graphic chain process: graphic chain template, training videos, artwork checklist, repro checklist...
- Implement the European Labelling Sheet in all BUs and automate it in ESKO with SGK
- Be the link between SGK and R&I Europe to have common and updated cutterguides for the good execution of the graphic chain
- Regular update of the Graphic Chain Template
- Facilitate the COMAN process by organizing meetings with the COMANs and the Danone COMAN team to ensure a good understanding of the working methods
- Assist in the implementation of DAM (Digital Assets Management) by testing the link with ESKO and implement it in all Bus
- Maintain the EU Timing Tool by checking dates and formulas
- Maintain the MKT Brief Template
- Harmonize the current PFR / PFA / PAF template and work on automation to ESKO
- Support and follow up SGK with the Graphic Chain forecast

**KPIs**:

- Monthly update of KPIs on Excel and creation of a PowerPoint file for each BU
- Continuous improvement of the KPIs tracking file
- Creation of new KPIs to track at different scales
- Communicate the KPIs to the different parties (IPRO, MKTG, C&P, TOPLINE)
- Monthly meeting with all selling teams to define action plans to improve the graphic chain, share best practices, send the minute
- Creation of KPIs in PowerBI
- Alignment meetings with SN, NORAM, ALPRO... to define KPIs on PowerBI
- Internal alignment (IPRO EUROPE) to list the KPIs needs on PowerBI
- Test KPIs with real data
- Train the teams of all BUs on PowerBI so that they are autonomous
