For our dynamic and fast growing Outdoor & Recreation Division, to be based in St. Genis Laval, we are looking for hiring a

**SUPPLY PLANNER - FINISHED GOODS**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB**

The Finished goods Supply planner for EMEA ensures the products availability to allow sales on time for whole Coleman EMEA entities by limiting the impact on stock level.

**MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Define the right quantities of finished goods to purchase thanks to sales forecast, stock level and suppliers’ lead-time
- Manage purchasing orders and be proactive on his/her products portfolio
- Establish and maintain the relationship with suppliers with the target to maximize the supply chain service level rate
- Anticipate and alert on delays / shortages / overstock risks
- Optimize the stock level between the 8 European warehouses (allocation, stock transfer )
- Communicate actively with internal clients (mainly sourcing, demand planning, customer services, logistics, forwarders) such as with our sourcing team based in China
- Follow-up closely the shipments (manage emergencies, make sure the documentation is correct )
- Create and update internal supply chain processes linked to the job

The Finished goods Supply planner for EMEA is the main contact for the whole Coleman EMEA entities for the products portfolio he/she is in charge.
He/She can be involved or conduct continuous improvement projects if needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in French and English both oral and written
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- IT tools capability (particularly Excel) and MRP (SAP would be a plus)
- Customers and results oriented
