Human by nature.- L'objectif sur ce poste est de maintenir un environnement de travail propre et ordonné, maintenir à jour une collection de matières premières de qualité, préparer les produits finis et peser des parfums pour le compte d’un parfumeur donné ou, si besoin, pour le compte du Laboratoire d’Echantillonnage ou d’un autre parfumeur.

**Missions principales**:

- ASSISTANCE AU PARFUMEUR :_
- Peser les nouvelles compositions du Parfumeur, informer le Parfumeur de toute observation ou difficulté, garder une trace des quantités pesées. - Gérer la propre collection de compositions du Parfumeur (standard, cœurs, etc).
- Etre en relation avec les Laboratoires d’Applications pour l’obtention de la base non parfumée nécessaire au travail de développement du Parfumeur.
- Préparer les produits finis demandés par le Parfumeur en utilisant les bons protocoles de préparation, pour les bases qui ne présentent pas de danger et dont la mise en œuvre ne nécessite pas d’équipement particulier.
- GESTION DE LA COLLECTION DE MATIERES PREMIERES DU PARFUMEUR :_
- Maintenir la collection en adéquation avec les besoins du Parfumeur. - S’assurer que les conditions de stockage standard des matières premières sont respectées.
- Renouveler les produits de la collection en fonction de leur date de péremption.
- Eliminer, sur une base mensuelle, les matières premières qui ont dépassé leur date de péremption
- Vérifier l’aspect et l’odeur des matières premières et, en cas de doute, alerter le Parfumeur.
- Etre en contact avec le Parfumeur, le Contrôle Olfactif et le Responsable de l’Administration Parfumerie pour tout problème de non conformité.
- SECURITE ET QUALITE :_
- Maintenir une stricte confidentialité sur les formules et sur toute autre information, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de Givaudan. - Maintenir un environnement de travail et un équipement propre et bien ordonné.
- Appliquer les procédures ISO 9001 adéquates.
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité et de manipulation des produits dangereux..

**Votre profil**:

- Niveau Bac ou formation préparatrice ISIPCA ou en pharmacie
- Notions d’anglais
- Techniques de pesée
- 2 ans d’expérience minimum.
