**Investment Banking overview**:

**What’s your role?**

Investment Banking interns are placed into the France Healthcare team for a 6 month internship.

**Healthcare **- Growing team with in depth industry expertise built through advising both Corporate and Financial Sponsor clients on acquisitions shaping the industry. In addition to M&A, the team has a track record of providing Leveraged Finance and Risk Solutions within a broad range of subsectors, including OTC, pharma services, specialty pharma, biotechnology, medical technology, animal health and healthcare services.

As an intern in the team, you will:

- Be part of a successful team with direct exposure to senior bankers
- Have key responsibilities in live transactions (M&A, strategic advisory)
- An Integral role in origination/marketing activities
- Gain experience in Sector coverage
- Data analysis for pitch book and discussion materials preparation
- Complete Financial Modelling and valuation
