The Community Manager at Azza Fencing will spearhead the engagement and development of our online community. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, fostering relationships, and amplifying the company's online presence across various social media platforms and digital channels.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, website and forums that aligns with the company's brand identity and values.
- Community Engagement: Proactively interact with the community, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online environment.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: In close collaboration with the SEO and Digital Marketing expert, you will monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, social media advancements, and competitive landscape to implement fresh and innovative strategies.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- Proven experience (even internship) as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the sport or fashion fields.
- You are familiar with web tools, the various social networks, Photoshop, Adobe Première, Canva and editing in general.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- You are passionate about sport and/or fashion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptability and agility in responding to changing trends and community needs.
- Problem-solving skills to address community concerns effectively
