As a Floor Assistant at Zuma Sain Tropez, you’ll play an essential role in the smooth execution of daily service, ensuring our restaurant operates at the highest standards. You will support both Front of House and Back of House operations with precision, efficiency, and a proactive attitude, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Saint-Tropez. Our luxurious venue will embody the dynamic energy and sophistication that this iconic destination is known for. Featuring elegant outdoor dining, Zuma Saint-Tropez is the ultimate dining destination in the region.

**Main duties**

Your key responsibilities will include
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant are fully prepared before service, including setup of sections, equipment, and guest spaces
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests, using correct announcements and maintaining a professional presence at all times
- Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant and service areas, strictly following health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ensure day to day set up of sections and equipment is maintained to the highest standards
