Your mission
As part of the development of our nuclear clean-up and dismantling projects, we are recruiting a:
**Senior waste-dismantling design engineer F/H**
Reporting to the Technical Department and working within the Technical Unit for Remediation, Dismantling and Waste Processes, your tasks will involve taking part in dismantling studies for nuclear facilities.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, your main duties will be to:
- Definition and validation of basic data (physicochemical and radiological) relating to the installations to be dismantled;
- Implementation of technical solutions (cutting, processing, packaging, etc.)
- Technical and economic development of dismantling and waste management scenarios;
- Feasibility and preliminary design studies;
- Drawing up specifications for consultation with construction companies;
- Organize and lead technical and project progress meetings;
- Drawing up feedback documents.
As such, you have a good knowledge of the applicable regulations (Orders, Decrees, ASN Decisions, etc.) and standards in force (ANDRA, CENTRACO specifications, etc.).
Your assets
With a 5-year degree (engineering school or university equivalent) specializing in waste management/dismantling, you have around 5 years' professional experience in nuclear waste management and decommissioning studies.
In contact with customers and service providers, this position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent writing skills.
