**Mission**: Gestion de projet:

- Piloter les projets PV depuis la conception jusqu ‘à l'exploitation
- Elaborer les plannings et assurer leur suivi
- Coordonner les différents parties prenantes (BE, sous-traitants, fournisseurs, administrations)
- Superviser les aspects techniques, administratifs et réglementaires des projets
- Suivre et respecter les budgets alloués

Management et Leadership:

- Encadrer et animer les CDP
- Assurer la communication int et ext projet
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et optimiser les processus

Suivi technique et réglementaire:

- Assurer la conformité des projets aux normes et réglementations en vigueur
- Gérer les démarches administratives
- Suivre les performances des installations après leur mise en service

Relation client et développement commercial:

- Participer aux négociations avec les clients et les partenaires
- Assurer la satisfaction client et gérer les éventuels litiges
- Contribuer à la veille technologique et à l'amélioration continue des processus

**Profil**:

- Capacités organisationnelles et gestion des priorités
- Leadership et esprit d'équipe
- Aisance dans la communication avec les clients, les fournisseurs et autorités
- Maitrise de MS Project, AutoCAS, PVsyst, Helioscope et/ou autres logiciels de modélisation PV
- Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Anglais : Professionnel
