At Crystalchain, we work with carbon removal project developers worldwide—from Malaysia to Gabon, Ghana to Canada—helping them verify their CO2 removal efforts. Our SaaS platform combines traceability with lifecycle analysis (LCA), enabling projects to track and report carbon reductions with transparency and accuracy, ensuring compliance and unlocking new opportunities in global carbon markets.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on our SaaS dMRV software, used by customers to monitor carbon credit generation projects, primarily focusing on biochar. You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deliver a high-performance platform that meets our clients’ needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the fullstack development of our SaaS dMRV platform, from front-end to back-end.
- Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and decision-making for software improvements.
- Participation in the UI/UX design of the platform
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance while maintaining platform reliability.
- Support the implementation of monitoring and reporting features for biochar carbon removal projects.
- Contribute to the technical specifications, architecture design, and system integration of the platform.
- Work autonomously and proactively, proposing new solutions to improve efficiency and platform functionality.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (React.js, Ant Design) and back-end (Express.js).
- A strong appetite for UI/UX design and front-end development
- Experience with MongoDB and Docker is essential.
- A good understanding of architecture challenges in building scalable SaaS platforms.
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
