Define and lead environmental programs in CCEP-IB companies by permanently optimizing the processes so that the organization is able to meet the expectations of its customers and consumers, eliminating or mitigating environmental impacts.

Lead the deployment and governance of Environment strategies, plans, projects and systems to protect and enhance CCEP resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation across the Business Unit end-to-end, as well as for the achievement of the sustainability strategy and the new Climate strategy.

Participate in business representation forums to analyse drafts of local, regional, country or European legislation that impact the business, transmit them internally and establish, together with other areas, the positioning of the company.

Within this remit all legal and franchise Environment requirements, policies and standards must be met or exceeded.

The BU Environment manages the Environment aspects of all products, activities and processes at own and subcontracting/supplier sites across the Business Unit end to end and provides leadership and expertise in order to create value for CCEP by (a) guaranteeing compliance to Environment standards and stakeholder requirements, (b) by driving sustainable continuous improvement and (c) by ensuring effective incident & risk management.

The BU Environment has the following key responsibilities and tasks:

- Complete focus on the entire value chain to establish the necessary programmes for the achievement of the objectives/commitments set out in the strategy and the new Climate strategy.
- Lead the design, implementation and integration of the various programmes required to meet established goals and objectives.
- Leading the coordination between the departments involved in achieving the objectives/commitments set out in the strategy and the new Climate strategy to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the initiatives. To this end, by setting up meetings with PACS lead, SPO lead, Commercialization Lead, CDO Lead,
- Lead and define the environmental objectives and programs of CCEP-France to comply with the policies and strategies.
- Lead and define the necessary KPIs - both lagging and leading indicators
- to track the Environment performance
- Provide leadership in the planning, support the implementation and monitoring of ENVIRONMENT standards and procedures across BU end to end.
- Align, harmonize Environment standards and procedures across the Business Unit end to end
- Provide assertive Environment guidance to the Business Unit leaders to ensure focus on the right priorities.
- Drive delivery of Business Unit end to end Environment KBIs and key projects on target.
- Lead Effective and Efficient BU end to end review with focus cost performance
