**Responsibilities**
- Follow up and monitoring the fulfillment of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in all Departments
- Coordinating, planning and monitoring internal and external audit
- Schedule GMP training with appropriate materials and methods according to GMP Training Plan
- Controlling and monitoring the changes according to the process System for Change Management
**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of GMP, CPOB, HAS, and 5R
- Innovative and strong analytical skill
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Placement in Padalarang, Bandung
