**Job description**:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Diversity & Inclusion Officer to join our HR team. Your main responsibilities will be to take ownership of the organisation’s inclusion and minority guidelines, as well as to educate teams on how to hire inclusively and behave appropriately within the workplace.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives focused on employee engagement, including sustainability training programs, employee volunteerism, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices in employee engagement and sustainability to inform organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of sustainability communication plans, including internal and external communications, to drive employee awareness and engagement in sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sustainability and employee engagement goals into all aspects of the organization.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of sustainability and employee engagement metrics to evaluate progress towards established goals.
- Participate in meetings and events related to sustainability and employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Outstanding communication skills, you have the ability to explain complex or new ideas to diverse audiences.
