**The team you'll be part of**

The Product and Technology Learning Services (PTLS) Learning Product Management organization within Nokia People Services is responsible for defining and managing the training portfolio for Nokia products. PTLS works closely with other Nokia organizations such as R&D to align training needs with the product lifecycle.

Within Learning Product Management, Learning Product Owners define and manage the training portfolio on related Nokia products and technologies for our internal employees, external customers, and partners, for a particular area.

In your role as Product Owner in the field of radio networks, you will define the learning portfolio and drive the design, development, review, and validation of learning solutions for 4G and 5G radio network products and technologies.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Define the learning solutions to be developed: gather needs, support the design of the learning solution, manage the development of the learning solution, and participate in the content and quality review
- Develop action plans for the continuous improvement of learning solution development processes.
- Proactively promote Nokia learning solutions to our customers, especially new offerings, and innovative facilitation methods
- Accompany the training sales team as soon as possible, to respond to customer training requests on the standard offer or/and on ad-hoc request
- Develop and/or facilitate learning solutions from time to time if necessary (Distance training, face-to-face training, or support for Online Learning Communities)

To carry out these missions, you will need to acquire and develop technical expertise on the products and solutions for which you will be responsible, as well as establish and maintain a network of key Nokia stakeholders (R&D, sales, etc.) linked to the technical scope of the position.

The incumbent must understand Nokia's strategic direction to deliver effective learning solutions to our customers and employees.

**Qualifications - Internal**
- Technical skills in 4G/5G radio network (RAN) and IP networks are essential
- Experience in Cloud, virtualization, containers, CloudRAN and O-RAN is desirable
- General knowledge of DevOps and CDIT is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Good knowledge of learning methodologies, strong instructional design, and communication skills
- Autonomous, adaptable, good teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer-oriented spirit,
- Ability to lead a virtual team.
