We are looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing Campaigns Coordinator**to join our Marketing team at Univers. **This position can be taken over either in France (Paris, Nantes) or in UK preferably London.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the design and execution of multitouch campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Develop and optimize marketing programs that support both short-term pipeline goals and long-term brand positioning.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content including newsletters, press releases, social media copies, videos, infographics, and thought leadership pieces.
- Marketing operations - Assist in maintaining marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce.
- Lead event organization to ensure best-in-class execution including promotional campaigns.
- Maintain CRM - leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns objects.
- Prepare Marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Maintain and manage content library - ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style, and guide.
- Lead internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend.
- Engage with vendors & suppliers for design work, tradeshows, PRs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content marketing tactics, including SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
- Basic skills in graphic design using Adobe Suite or Canva.
- Previous experience in a software or SaaS company is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
