Looking for a new adventure in the exciting world of Data? APGAR, a consulting firm specialized in Data, is recruiting a Quality Manager (F/M).

Reporting to a member of the Apgar board, your missions are as follows:
Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company’s quality policy, in liaison with general management and other departments.
- Continuously update our quality and information security documentation.
- Define and monitor quality performance indicators, objectives and action plans.
- Implement and deploy ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards within our organization.
- Deliver trainings to internal teams - on quality methods and tools, such as auditing, root cause analysis, statistical control, visual management, etc.
- Conduct or participate in internal and external audits, certifications and approvals.
- Manage non-conformities, customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of products and processes, and control quality, safety and environmental risks.
- Monitor standards, regulations and technology in the field of quality.

Quality Manager/Internal Auditor
- Participate in pre-sales activities, in response to calls for tender and in support activities, all of which are carried out in compliance with APGAR quality standards.
- Participate in internal projects linked to APGAR’s development:

- Development of new consulting offers;
Strategic and competitive intelligence on your field and offering;
Involvement in the company’s internal operations.
- Management
- Supervise and develop the skills of consultants within your scope:

- Ensure the development of junior consultants;
Coaching and monitoring progress;
Raise consultants’ awareness of Consulting and Data issues;
Train Apgar resources in the methodology to be implemented.
- Skills required
- Higher education in quality, management, engineering or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 to 10 years’ successful experience in setting up and managing quality and/or information security management systems, ideally in the IT sector.
- You have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
- You are familiar with quality standards, reference systems and tools, as well as problem-solving methods.
- Profile required
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, lead teams and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Ability to analyse, summarise and organise.
- Thoroughness, responsiveness and a sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening and teaching skills.
