**Job Description**:
Our Team is currently looking for a Safety, Health & Environment Manager for our office in La Garenne
- Colombes.
**Key duties include, but are not limited to**:
Safety
+ Prepare Project Health and Safety Plan
+ Monitor General /Main Contractor (s) for compliance with Health and Safety Plans
+ Ensure implementation of Health and Safety Procedures in line with Clients expectations and corporate standards
+ Issues H&S Non-Compliance Reports and follows through on corrective actions
+ Overall compliance with AECOM Policy and H&S Management Systems
+ Represent AECOM on all project H&S committees and Policy Boards
+ Carry out appropriate H&S audits and reviews on the project to ensure demonstrable evidence is maintained
+ Production of H&S reports for executive reports
+ Review and report on all Contractor H&S plans
+ Issue Safety Reports and follows through on corrective actions, including all accidents and incidents
+ Cascade briefing of all Incident/Accidents RIDDOR reporting to all project staff to raise awareness
+ Prepare all H&S statistics for monthly returns and reports
Environmental
+ Prepare a Project Environmental Plan.
+ Monitor General /Main Contractor (s) for compliance with Environmental Plans
+ Ensure implementation of Environmental Procedures in line with Clients expectations and corporate standards and local legislation
+ Issues Environmental Non-Compliance Reports and follows through on corrective actions
+ Overall compliance with AECOM Policy and Environmental Management Systems
+ Represent AECOM on all project Environmental committees and Policy Boards
+ Carry out appropriate Environmental audits and reviews on the project to ensure demonstrable evidence is maintained
+ Production of Environmental reports for executive reports
+ Review and report on all Contractor Environmental plans
