The people and culture apprentice role provides support to both the P&C Senior Manager and the People and Culture service team. It requires to manage day to day routine tasks, as well as special projects in various HR and legal area and is generally supposed to support the P&C team, employees and managers in their activities. Tasks are: - Support the P&C senior manager in the management of the Labour relations (worker council, writing of documents, preparation of reports ) Operational effectiveness: - Manage and follow up onboarding and offboarding of employees - Manage and follow up the relation with the working doctor - Manage and follow up the "restaurant tickets" - Create and manage addendums to working contracts and P&C documents and certificates Can Lead and participate to various P&C/legal projects **Profile**: Master degree Employment law / HR Management Confidentiality Flexibility Teamwork Curiosity Result oriented Fluent in French & good command in English
