**Contexte**
- All Nexans employees are now operating into a new operating model : Customer centric, innovative and good for the planet. We at Nexans CoE Learning are supporting them into their personal learning enabling them to tackle these new challenges.
- Over the past 3 years we have developed our digital learning ecosystem and delivered dedicated online programs to reach them far and wide. For example, our Diversity and Inclusion program reached more than a thousand colleagues in less than 3 months, with a Net Promoter Score of 55
- To continue this incredible growth, we are reinforcing the team with a Junior Digital Learning Consultant, whose main mission will be to manage and deliver world class digital communication actions and learning assets to drive learner’s engagement.
- Learning is our DNA, and we are looking for an apprentice that we will train in our core technologies (easy, don’t worry) and that will bring us their knowledge and creativity in return.

**Domaines de responsabilité**

**Learning content curation and production**
- Curate existing learning resources according to key topics identified and propose them into organized and coherent bundles (playlists, Mylearning pages)
- Under the supervision of an instructional designer, produce digital learning content (micro-learning, videos, exercises). Ultimately, you will learn instructional design to be autonomous on the production of an e-learning from A to Z.
- Manage and edit video & audio recordings (interviews, voice over etc ) needed for our internal contents

**E-Academy administration and management**
- Administer Nexans e-Academies: learner registrations, user troubleshooting, produce quarterly usage reporting and analysis
- Create e-Academy Learning Channels and Blended-X learning paths according to key training topics
- Propose and deliver e-Academy communication actions to specific audiences to stimulate engagement

**Management of e-learning campaigns**
- Upload digital learning assets onto our catalogs with all required information
- Collect and manage learners lists and assign e-learnings according to requirements
- Create appropriate reporting and deliver regular reports according to internal client requirement.

**Compétences requises et qualifications**
This job is an opportunity for a curious person to learn, develop and succeed. Does this description ring a bell? If so, some of the things we expect to see are:

- Business school or university degree, with Digital Communication & Marketing, Instructional Design, or Digital Learning specialization, bachelor graduation year or masters degree level
- Fluent in English, specifically English writing abilities
- At ease with online communication and social media, and able to leverage internal online channels to reach a global community
- Creativity and design thinking notions will be greatly appreciated
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia etc ) are a plus, and will be taught on the job
- Self-Organization, _autonomy_ and ownership to adhere to set timelines and deliver quality work
- Ability and curiosity to learn, use and administer Learning management/experience platforms (Cornerstone/CrossKnowledge) (We will train you, don’t worry)
- Able to communicate with Nexans experts and managers globally
- Excel, Powerpoint and Word working practice.
