Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Achats et Sourcing La Halle, le Department Manager est l’interlocuteur privilégié des Chefs de Marché de la marque et des Merchandisers Managers des bureaux de sourcing et d’achat à l’étranger._
- Le Department Manager encadre une équipe de Catégory Leaders Acheteurs dont les missions principales sont :_
- _ d’assurer aux marques les meilleures conditions d’achat, de qualité et d’approvisionnement des produits qui leur sont confiés, _
- _d’élaborer et mettre en place la stratégie sourcing sur leur catégorie de produits, quelque soit la zone de sourcing_
- Ainsi, vos missions principales seront : _
- _De définir la stratégie Sourcing_
- _ D’optimiser les achats de son pôle_
- _ De manager son équipe_
- _ De veiller sur les familles de son département_
- _ D’optimiser les process_
- Votre formation supérieure Bac+4/5 s’est enrichie d’une première expérience significative dans une fonction similaire en centrale d'achats, dans un contexte international._
- Vous êtes doué(e) de qualités managériales, d'un excellent sens relationnel, de qualités de négociateur, de rigueur et d'une expertise technique matière/produit. La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l’outil Excel est indispensable._
