**Your work environment**:
**Within the Group, you will join Healthanea, **an open platform driven by the visionary partnership of AXA and Microsoft.

Healthanea is an open platform that aims to revolutionize healthcare access by integrating people, technologies, and services. Our goal is to transition to a seamless, data-driven, and patient-centric approach.

**Role Purpose**:
As the Strategy PMO, you will support the Healthanea Executive Committee in governance, lead strategic initiatives, seek operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of decisions. Collaboration with key stakeholders at AXA, Microsoft, and the Executive Committee teams is essential.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Proactive management of reporting instances and committees, supporting internal initiatives, and managing Healthanea governance and related follow-up;
- Coordinating cross-functional collaborations and strategic initiatives, creating and monitoring actionable plans, and ensuring progress towards objectives agreed in the Executive committee;
- Ensuring successful HR policy deployment, recruitment, and onboarding, supporting HR teams to identify talent needs, and implementing processes for new hires.

**Votre profil**:
We are seeking individuals with:

- Knowledge and understanding of financial services, tech platforms, and key players in healthcare, with good business acumen and analytical skills to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); French desirable but not mandatory, with good practice of MS Office suite, particularly MS PowerPoint and Excel.
