**Position: Teamleiter (m/w/d) Front Office Issuing bei FS/Issuing Processing/Issuing Factory/Issuing Assets** Als Leiter des Front-Office Issuing-Entwicklungsteams berichten Sie an den Issuing Assets-Entwicklungsleiter innerhalb der Software Factory Organisation. **Ihre Aufgabe**: - Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Implementierung der von der Abteilung Auth and Switch entwickelten WLP-FO-Lösung auf den von der Abteilung Issuing verantwortenden Infrastrukturen sicherzustellen. Dies umfasst die Installation, Konfiguration, Validierung und Wartung. - Darüber hinaus sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und das Testen von WLP-FO "Issuing-typischen" Funktionalitäten oder deren Weiterentwicklungen, unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Standards und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktabteilung Auth and Switch. - Sie leiten ein Team von Entwicklern und Testern und werden die berufliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter durch motivierende, vorbildliche und gewissenhafte Maßnahmen fördern. - Sie sind für die Qualität der entwickelten Software aus einer ganzheitlichen, vor allem aber aus einer End-to-End-Software-Factory-Perspektive verantwortlich; Sie überwachen die Kosten und Termine, die Sie gemeinsam mit dem für die Kundenbetreuung zuständigen Team vereinbart haben. - Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Aufgabe bei der erforderlichen Neugestaltung unserer Arbeitsabläufe und begleiten den Wandel in Ihrem Team. **Ihre Stärken**: - Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung und entsprechende Berufserfahrung. - Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von kritischen Anwendungen und im Team-Management und können mit Ihren Mitarbeitern und Ihrem Management auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren. - Ihre ausgezeichneten Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen es Ihnen, in einem internationalen Kontext zu arbeiten. - Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - Sie sind mit dem Zahlungsverkehr und insbesondere mit dem Zusammenspiel eines Bankautorisierungssystems mit Visa oder MasterCard vertraut. - Sie haben Kenntnisse in C++, Java, automatisiertem Testen, CI/CD und agiler Methodik. - Im Idealfall haben Sie fundierte Erfahrung mit der WLP-FO-Software und verfügen über sehr gute technische Architektur-Kenntnisse. - Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement; technologische und organisatorische Herausforderungen stellen für Sie keine Hürden dar. - Sie sind daran interessiert, Ihre Kollegen bei der Entwicklung von Fach - und Führungskompetenzen zu unterstützen und Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit im Rahmen der Abteilungsstrategie zu fördern.
