**This position reports to**:
Field Service Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to customers remotely or at customer sites on our automation systems
- Build strong customer relationships
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs
- Troubleshoot potential equipment failures; proactively anticipate risks
- Propose product and process improvements to enhance operations and customer service
- Identify new business opportunities
- Travel to customers sites 50% of the time in France and occasionally abroad
**Your background**:
- Higher education diploma in industrial computing, regulation, automation or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in computer automation
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in maintenance, commissioning and repair for automation products in industrial
- computing as well as IT products: Networks, Domains, Cybersecurity
- Autonomy, curiosity and customer orientation
- Fluent English and French required
- Availability for travel, in France and abroad
- Strong sensitivity to the respect of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
