SEGULA Technologies is always looking for new, ingenious, and daring talents worldwide to support all the major industrial actors within the automotive, aeronautics, energy, railway, naval, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors. **Job Description**: As our new Senior Project Quality Manager F/M, your main missions are: - Develop and execute QMS and PMO strategy that is aligned with the overall company strategy. - Focusing on project quality roadmap, tools and mechanisms as an integral feature within the QMS - Responsible for managing this area through collaboration with business leaders to complete agreed upon objectives. - Coordinate with business leaders to assure that his area is supporting their initiatives. - Ensure that processes needed for the project quality and QMS and PMO are established, implemented, maintained, improved & audited. - Ensure the promotion of awareness of project quality and customer requirements throughout the organization. - Lead company to ISO certification and re-certification. - Report to management on the performance of the QMS & any need for improvement. - Ensures clear, concise, & accurate policies, procedures, instructions, forms, & objectives are provided & maintained. Guide managers & directors in the correct implementation of the QMS. - Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Provide this information on a timely and regular basis to leadership so that clear future strategy can be mapped and achieved. - Direct Quality performance as the company expands with the clear objective of "one standard for all" (i.e. West Coast and East Coast should operate to the same rules and standards). **Qualifications**: You have excellent influencing skills ensuring content of discussions are factual, thoughtful and conclusion/resolution based. You show excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. You are known for your organisational and follow-up skills. You are competent in team building, planning and decision making. Plus you are commercially aware We need someone with: - Experience in drafting and setting up a corporate QMS and project quality system - Experience in conducting QMS related audits. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Training accreditation advantageous and desirable. - Previous experience and involvement in Regulatory Audit control processes (facilitation, hosting and presenting). - Experience of dealing with management, customers and suppliers. - Affinity for digitalization of processes **Requirements**: - Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field preferred - 5years of quality management experience in multinational corporation environment. - Minimum ISO 9000 qualification, certification and audit background required. - Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (including Sharepoint and Power BI) Additional Information Other industry standard qualifications are desired (e.g. TISAX, ASPICE, IATF,etc.) Fluent English is essential for daily interactions.
