**The O**pportunity**
**About the position**:
- Compliance cases - whistleblowing : you assess, analyse, treat and formalise thouroughly cases that are reported
- Compliance assessments related Ethics and Anti-Corruption: you assess the compliance activities related to Ethics and Anti-Corruption and carry out test to ensure that the controls are implemented effectively and work closely together with related departments (fraud and anti-corruption controls in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Human Resources, etc.)
- Consolidation of information : you create transparent reporting on the compliance & Internal control maturity level
- Management information: you produce a regular presentation/management information (MI) and create/consolidate key performance indicators
- Improving the process : you ensure that compliance cases are managed correctly, proposing improvements and following up on advices
**About you**:
- You have a background in audit, internal control, or risk, supported by relevant studies
- You have a demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- You have a knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and you are very discrete
- You have strong interpersonal skills with assertiveness
- _You work accurately and efficiently (even under pressure) and have an organised approach_
- _You are eager to learn and develop_
- _You have real skills in taking ownership, autonomy, adaptability, diplomacy_
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- You are fluent in both French, English and any other language is an asset (e.g. German)
