Chef de Partie (H/F)

Aperçu:
Nous recherchons un Chef de Partie (H/F) talentueux et passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe de restauration. Le Chef de Partie sera responsable de la préparation et de la cuisson des aliments, ainsi que du service en restauration. Si vous êtes passionné par la gastronomie et que vous avez une expérience solide dans le domaine, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Responsabilités:

- Préparer et cuire les aliments selon les recettes et les normes de qualité établies
- Superviser les commis de cuisine
- Assurer la propreté et l'organisation de votre station de travail
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour développer de nouveaux plats et menus
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Assurer un service en restauration de qualité, en respectant les attentes des clients

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDD

Rémunération : 2 200,00€ à 3 000,00€ par mois
