**Objectives of the Role**

The primary objective of this role is to serve as a business partner to the AHO of Thailand in managing the finance function, which include:

- Drive overall performance through financial management
- Oversight financial statement preparation
- Provide strategic recommendations to business team
- Foster collaboration across functions to ensure cohesive financial solutions
- Protect and preserve the enterprise’s values and assets against risks

**Main Tasks**
- Oversee and manage the financial performance
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Monitor A/R and DSO development
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations

**Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required**
- Bachelor degree or above
- Knowledge on sizable ERP and reporting systems
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Dynamic, analytical, and integrity-driven
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Health Care industry experience is an advantage
