**Location**: Paris or Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel (30min from Orléans), with weekly commuting between Paris and Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting
- Excellent communication in both French and English (written and oral communication)
- An analytical and detail-oriented approach
- A good collaborative approach with an ability to convince and influence
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI
- Accounting background (optional)
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
Market Finance (80%)
- Support the GM of Mars Food France in analyzing and setting the financial strategy for the three brands: Ben's Original, Suzi Wan, and Ebly.
- Act as the financial business partner for the Retail and Food Service Channels - supporting the definition of customer strategy to achieve targets.
- Support in the preparation of annual client negotiations, price increases, and customer business plans with strong partnerships with Sales, RGM, Demand planning and the GM.
- Partner with RGM to evaluate the financial impacts of pricing plans and changes in trade terms/conditions to ensure delivery against MAC and Value Creation ambition.
- Ensure, that the trade budgets are managed accurately in the Trade Budget Systems; work in conjunction with Sales, RGM and Commercial to review trade fund use and effectiveness; identify opportunities to maximize ROI and eliminate non-working investments.
- Provide support to Market GM and Regional CFO in tracking and reporting on business performance (NSV, MAC and Overheads) on a periodic, quarterly and annual basis.
Food France Overheads (10%)
- Partner with the French GM on the management of Overheads expenditure in line with targeted levels. Driving discussions on the strategic trade-offs needed to maximize Value Creation across different channels/customer/segments.
Digital Transformation: (10%)
- Support the adoption of key digital tools and associated changes to ways of working in France.
- Lead the finance transformation meetings and be an active market representative in regional/Global or cross-segment connections.
