**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**

We are recruiting a Quality Specialist based on our **Cernay (68)** production site.

Cernay-Uffholtz manufacturing site (more than 350 employees) includes a synthesis unit, several formulation and packaging units of liquid and solid Crop Protection products.

You will be in charge of the analytical expertise and all quality aspects of several product lines of the quality control laboratory, in a cost and time effective way, in order to meet the needs of our internal (production units) and external customers. All your actions will be carried out with a permanent focus on Safety, Quality, Respect for the Environment and for people. You will report to the site Quality Leader, as part of the Quality team, composed of around 20 people

**Your Challenge**:

- Provide analytical expertise in the field of Quality Control by following Corteva policies (new analytical methods, new technologies including purchase and commissioning, preventive and curative maintenance of equipment...).
- Participate in the organization/coordination of the workload of the laboratory technicians.
- Follow-up the herbicide product lines : manage routine and non-routine samples, elaborate and update protocols/ documentation, lead improvement projects etc
- Work in collaboration with the Production Units (manage specifications, sampling plans, priorities...) and with the global R&D teams
- Be involved in all functional activities of the department (investigations, ISO9001, ISO14001 activities, training)
- Manage projects related to Quality (implementation of policies at site level...)

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- Engineering degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry, specializing in analytical chemistry with demonstrated skills in HPLC/GC method development
- Fluent English
- Problem solving, deductive skills and good adaptability
- Hands-on attitude
- Rigor, critical thinking and effective communication
- Computer skills and use of statistical tools
