**We are looking for a Commodity Buyer to join our team**

Our Interior Systems Business Group is looking for a Commodity Buyer for its R&D Centre in Méru, France.

The role of a Commodity Buyer is to structure the supplier panel for one or more commodities and ensure the overall productivity of the panel.

**Scope: Europe**

**Main missions of the role**
- Structure the panel: participate the definition and the implementation of the purchasing panel policy for assigned commodities, manage supplier selection. Ensure a regular follow-up of the supplier performance in relation with the Quality and Logistics requirements.
- Manage the global supplier’s productivity in relation with serial buyers, negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers.
- Manage the relationships with Materiact division and the recycled market to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Manage the raw materials for Tiers 2 and small deliveries for our plants.
- Identify and consolidate the levers generated by the acquisitions & programs.

**Required qualifications**
- Master’s degree preferably in engineering with a specialization in international purchasing.
- Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- International mind set, overseas experience is a plus
- English is required
