Internship - Client Services (H/F) - July 2025

Au sein de la direction Commerciale & Marketing, vous intégrerez le Client Service et vous participerez au développement de l’activité en France et à l’international au sein d’une entreprise en forte croissance.

Vous pourrez travailler en mode projet et serez amené à être en contact direct avec nos clients (assureurs, mutuelles, banques privées, multigestion, distribution) en France et à l’étranger (Benelux, UK, Suisse, Espagne, Italie, Asie). Vous serez également en interaction avec différents départements du groupe.

Le département Client Service couvre l’ensemble des expertises de la société de gestion (fonds de Dette Privée, Immobilier, fonds Crédit et Diversifiés et fonds de Private Equity). Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous serez amené à:

- Participer à la production de reportings pour les investisseurs (reporting de positions et performances des investissements consolidé pour chaque investisseur, reporting de mandats de gestion, reporting Solvency II, reporting spécifiques sur l’actif de nos fonds,...)
- Etre en contact direct avec nos investisseurs afin de répondre à leurs demandes et questions,
- Suivre la collecte et le passif des fonds afin de fiabiliser l’identification des investisseurs et permettre la réalisation de reporting internes sur la collecte et les encours sous gestion.
- Participer au processus de KYC-AML et à la mise à jour des KYC (Processus de connaissance client) pour les nouveaux investisseurs ainsi que pour les investisseurs existants,
- Participer au processus de mise en place et suivi des conventions de distribution/placement et calculs des rétrocessions.

Within the Sales & Marketing department, you will be part of the Client Service team and will participate in the development of business in France and abroad within a fast-growing company.

You will be able to work in project mode and will be in direct contact with our customers (insurers, mutuals, private banks, multi-management, distribution) in France and abroad (Benelux, UK, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Asia). You will also interact with different departments of the group.

The Client Service department covers all of the management company's areas of expertise (Private Debt, Real Estate, Credit and Diversified funds and Private Equity funds). In the context of this internship, you will be required to:

- Participate in the production of reports for investors (position reporting and consolidated investment performance for each investor, management mandate reporting, Solvency II reporting, specific reporting on the assets of our funds,...
- Be in direct contact with our investors to answer their requests and questions ;
- Monitor fund inflows and liabilities in order to ensure reliable identification of investors and to enable internal reporting on inflows and assets under management ;
- Participate in the KYC-AML process and update KYC (Know Your Customer) for new and existing investors ;
- Participate in the process of setting up and monitoring distribution/investment agreements and retrocession calculations ;
- Work on major Client Service or cross-functional projects.

- BAC + 3 minimum
- Bon niveau en Excel (VBA serait un plus) et Powerpoint,
- Bonnes compétences analytiques,
- Bon relationnel,
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).

- A first degree in a relevant field ;
- Good level in Excel (VBA would be a plus) and Powerpoint ;
- Good analytical skills ;
- Good interpersonal skills ;
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written) required.
