Join us in breaking barriers to well-being **We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Controller for our Health & Medical Solutions Business Unit **to support France organization.** **You will report to the Senior Sales & Marketing controller & Pricing France & Afrique francophone.** This position is a permanent contract, based in Saint Ouen (93400), in front of the public transportation facilities. **What you will do**: - Monitor & analyze UK&I Incontinence financial performance, deviations & follow up, suggest corrective actions when needed - Perform monthly closing & reporting bringing strong analysis - Support local Team in all financial aspects as Controlling Business partner. Provide ad hoc analysis to support the business - Perform quarterly & annual forecast & budget for Incontinence UK&I Sales & Marketing organization. - Responsible for cost center analysis - Support Regional Controller director on reporting (Month end, Forecasting) - Regional support for Controlling projects - Cooperate with Account receivable in order to secure the correct level of risk provision - Follow up on customer Rebates accruals - Provide financial and analytical support in tender offers - Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as KICs and legal regulations **You are the right fit for this position if**: - You have a Master’s degree in a Finance related area, e.g. Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Studies (or CIMA or ACCA qualified) - You have at least 5 years fulltime experience in a Financial position - You have strong analytical skills to plan & analyze business performance - You are reliable, dynamic and curious - You are c apable of communicating in openness and with respect - You act as a pro-active business partner in a dynamic environment - You have high integrity, objectivity, confidentially skills - You have very good command of English language, verbal & written **What can make a difference at Essity**: - **An environmentally sustainable company.** - In Hondouville, for example, we recycle 60% of all food cartons in France. _ - **Opportunities for development and career growth.** - 25% of positions at Essity in France are filled through internal mobility. _ - **Life-changing innovations** - Aquatube, tubeless rolls, washable underwear...
