**Votre mission**:
Vous assemblerez des tracteurs, chargeuses et pelleteuses Caterpillar dans un environnement ergonomique au sein d’une équipe d’une vingtaine de personnes motivées et soudées, engagées par un management de proximité.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les secteurs Logistiques, Maintenance, Qualité et Méthodes.
Dans un contexte où on porte une très forte attention à la sécurité, vous aurez un rôle fondamental pour la qualité du produit final et la satisfaction de nos clients.
Possibilités évolutions en fonction des opportunités (En moyenne une quarantaine de CDI par an, pour développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs, Caterpillar propose des formations et des passerelles sur différents métiers en fonctions des profils)

**Type d'emploi**: Temps plein, CDD avec prolongation possible
**Rémunération brute mensuelle**: A partir de 1912,99€ en fonction de l'expérience prime horaire jour incluse 61.08 Euros.
**Horaires**: Jour 6h30 - 14h30 (Pas d'horaire tournant)
**Avantages**:
Plan d'épargne entreprise abondé par l’entreprise à 50%
Participation au transport (Indemnité km domicile travail si supérieur à 10km, Forfait mobilité type vélo, covoiturage 250€/an
Remboursement transport commun 50% de l'abonnement
